Features a 3mm stainless steel V-grate measuring 850 × 460mm — perfect for steaks, picanha, ribs and veggies. The V-grate channels fat away, helping control flare-ups and giving you those proper sear lines.

Right under the front of the V-grate is a sliding drip tray to catch fat and juices. Easy to pull out, clean and slide back in, so you can run longer cooks without turning the base into a fat pit.

A large winder wheel and rod, running 3.2mm stainless wire, gives you around 600mm of lift height. That means you can slam the grate down for searing or lift it right up for gentle roasting — all with smooth, controlled movement.
