On the Weber Kettle with a rotisserie attachment.

Use 2 x Full Charcoal baskets by Smokey BBQ Bits.

 
Tandoori Marinade 
1 x Tbsp Ginger paste 
1 x Tbsp Garlic paste 
1 x cup of Greek style yoghurt
Juice from half a lemon
1 x tsp salt 
1 x Tbsp cumin powder 
1 x Tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 x Tbsp of Garam Masala
1 x Tbsp Dried fenugreek ( Kasuri Methi)
2 x Tbsp of mustard oil.
1/2 tsp beetroot powder or red food colouring (Optional)
